Head of the Cardiology Department at Dijon University Hospital (CHU de Dijon), he is responsible for teaching the DES (Specialized Studies Diploma) in cardiovascular diseases and is an active member of the European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA), contributing to the teaching of cardiac electrophysiology across Europe. He has been involved for more than 20 years in the remote monitoring of cardiac implantable devices (pacemakers and defibrillators), focusing on the prevention of device malfunctions as well as the early diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmias (ventricular tachycardia and atrial fibrillation). He is also involved in the implementation of several projects incorporating artificial intelligence, including medical training through ECOS “BOTs,” enhanced cardiology teleconsultation, early screening for atrial fibrillation, and stroke prediction.
