Dr. Anne Beinier (PhD) has pursued a career dedicated to social protection at both national and international levels for the past 16 years. A former technical advisor to the French Minister of Solidarity and Health, Prof. Agnès Buzyn, she played a key role in shaping health and social policies in France. Today, she serves as a social protection expert at the European Commission, where she leads international cooperation projects aimed at strengthening and developing solidarity and healthcare systems across the EU, the Caucasus, Africa, and the Middle East. Recognized as one of the “Top Voices” on LinkedIn, she is also a keynote speaker and the author of several specialized publications on innovation and prevention in health. Her most recent book, Innovations et prévention en santé, is a reference work based exclusively on concrete, territory-driven initiatives. She actively advocates for a preventive and cross-ministerial shift in health policy.
