Dr. Raymond is a medical biologist and director of the Genetics unit at Eurofins Biomnis. After completing a dual‑track education in pharmacy (University Montpellier I) and science (École de l’INSERM), she undertook a residency in clinical biology in Parisian hospitals before joining Eurofins Biomnis in 2015, a leading player in specialised clinical biochemistry in France. For over ten years, she has been actively involved in developing and coordinating clinical diagnostic activities, particularly in constitutional genetics. Her goal is to make genetic testing more accessible for physicians and their patients. Driven by her passion for innovation and practical sensibility, she ensures that the projects developed with her teams move from idea to implementation quickly while guaranteeing a high‑quality medical service. She works closely with university‑hospital partners to contribute to research and precision‑diagnosis initiatives. Recent projects include implementing genetic testing panels that combine diagnostic and pharmacogenomic data for patients with psychiatric disorders or kidney disease, thereby personalising their care. She also collaborates with the Francophone Network of Pharmacogenomics (RNPGx) to promote access to these tests.
