Jacqueline Hubert is a hospital director, a graduate of the French School of Public Health (École des hautes études en santé publique), and holds a master’s degree from an Institute of Political Studies. She held various positions as deputy director at Rennes University Hospital (CHU de Rennes), including in research and finance, before joining Harmonie Mutuelle, where she served as Chief Executive Officer of the group’s clinics in the Pays de la Loire region (ESPIC and SAS). Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Grenoble University Hospital (CHU de Grenoble) in 2013, she took part in several national missions, including the implementation of Territorial Hospital Groups (Groupements Hospitaliers de Territoire), the “Véran mission” on healthcare financing reform, and the Aubert mission on “funding and regulation models.” In April 2019, she joined the Executive Committee of the private hospital group Vivalto Santé as Director of Support and Transformation. Since September 2021, she has been an independent consultant, working primarily in the fields of innovation and digital health for the World Health Organization, startups, and IT and pharmaceutical industries. She also contributes to organizing international study trips for hospital professionals, aimed at discovering leading innovations and drawing inspiration from best practices worldwide.
