She held various positions as deputy director at Rennes University Hospital (CHU de Rennes), including in research and finance, before joining Harmonie Mutuelle, where she served as Chief Executive Officer of the group\u2019s clinics in the Pays de la Loire region (ESPIC and SAS). Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Grenoble University Hospital (CHU de Grenoble) in 2013, she took part in several national missions, including the implementation of Territorial Hospital Groups (Groupements Hospitaliers de Territoire), the \u201cV\u00e9ran mission\u201d on healthcare financing reform, and the Aubert mission on \u201cfunding and regulation models.\u201d In April 2019, she joined the Executive Committee of the private hospital group Vivalto Sant\u00e9 as Director of Support and Transformation. Since September 2021, she has been an independent consultant, working primarily in the fields of innovation and digital health for the World Health Organization, startups, and IT and pharmaceutical industries.
