Pascale Gelin is President of PGasus Partner, a consulting firm specialized in healthcare innovation strategies, partnerships, and public affairs. She supports both public and private stakeholders in their transformation projects, particularly in the fields of digital health, prevention, and artificial intelligence.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, notably at Novartis and later within INeS (Institute for SmartHealth), where she developed recognized expertise in health policy and market access for innovative solutions. She has led numerous public-private partnership initiatives in close collaboration with regulatory authorities, policymakers, and regional healthcare stakeholders.

Pascale has also contributed to the work of LEEM, particularly within working groups dedicated to complementary health insurance organizations (OCAM) and rare diseases.

She holds an Executive MBA in Healthcare Management from PSL – Université Paris Dauphine and a postgraduate university diploma (DU) in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from the University of Dijon. She is also a founding member and board administrator of SoFIA Santé. Committed to a human-centered approach to healthcare innovation, Pascale works to strengthen synergies between institutions, healthcare professionals, industry leaders, and innovation stakeholders in order to accelerate the deployment of solutions that benefit both healthcare systems and patient.
